PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the user of a transport apparatus such as a bus, a ship, an airplane, a train, etc., with more detailed information relating to the transport condition of the transport apparatus, and heighten the convenience of the user.SOLUTION: Provided is an information provision system for providing information that corresponds to the transport condition of a transport apparatus, the information provision system comprising: a voice information storage unit in which a plurality of voice information having prescribed identification information buried in an audible sound region is previously stored; a voice information provision unit for providing, by voice broadcasting, guidance information that corresponds to the transport condition of the transport apparatus using the plurality of voice information; a request information reception unit for receiving, from an information terminal from which the prescribed identification information included in the guidance information is acquired, request information that includes the prescribed identification information and terminal identification information for identifying the information terminal; and an information provision unit for providing the information terminal with information that corresponds to the prescribed identification information included in the received request information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
