Thus, the effects onto the magnetic recording layer 13 are reduced, the jitter fluctuation and output fluctuation of the FM recording of the magnetic recording layer 13 are reduced and the magnetic recording and read of the information to/from the magnetic recording layer 13 are stably performed.
