To prevent writing/erasing in a recorded area on an information recording medium having a recorded area and a recordable area.
This hybrid CD-RW disk is an information recording medium in which data is recorded by multisessions. A first session is a reproduction only area in which data is formed by a stamp. and a second session and after are recordable user areas. In the first session, file data, a real file having the file name of "hybrid ID file" indicating a hybrid recording medium having a reproduction only area and a recordable area, and the data (position information or the like of each file) of a folder or file tree structure including the presence of each file in a folder/file tree structure 1 are recorded.
