PURPOSE: To prevent drop-out of information owing to deposition of dust, etc. by laminating a light shielding type information recording medium and a protecting film on a transparent substrate of more than 0.2mm in thickness to form an information recording plate and opening holes in the recording medium from the transparent substrate side by the use of a laser beam thereby recording the information.
