A relaying system, where data from the server are relayed according to a client's request, comprises the data-receiving element 11, which receives the data from servers; the data-converting element 12, which analyzes and converts the received data; the strategic data memorizing-and-converting determination element 14, which determines the data to be memorized based on the result of the analysis and determines the most suitable data for the conversion when the conversion is requested; the data-transmitting element 16, which transmits the converted data; and the data-memorizing element 13, which houses the result of the analysis and supplies the analyzed-data in accordance with the request from the data-converting element.
