Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium storing body which can be efficiently produced at low cost, inserts an information storage medium again even when the information storage medium is taken out, has the storage property of the information storage medium in the information storage medium storing body itself, clearly judges the taking-out through occurrence of breakage difficult to repair in the information storage medium storing body when the information storage medium is once taken out, and generates no such breakage in the production process in a shop.
SOLUTION: The adhesive is applied to a single piece periphery attaching part 3 corresponding to two single pieces 7 including a single piece 7 provided with an openable part 2 for taking-in/taking-out the separable information storage medium and another single piece 7 on its left side, and an information storage medium 5 is set to the installation position of the information storage medium having a notched part 6, and folded at the folding line 8 and attached thereto. The attached condition is the figure (c).
