A cursor movement attribute information is set for moving a cursor by a predetermined unit. When the cursor movement attribute information set on the list is extracted (step A11, A12), when the display of the list or the movement of the cursor is instructed, a cell position to which the cursor is to be moved is retrieved on the basis of the present date and time information and the cursor movement attribute information (step A14-A22), and the cursor is moved to the retrieved cell position to display the list (step A23-A25). Whereby the input work of the data can be immediately performed without troublesome operations such as searching the target cell by scrolling after the display of the list, and moving the cursor to the cell by a user himself.
