Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal equipment capable of charging a communication tariff to a fixed amount to the user of the information terminal equipment and the tariff over the fixed amount to the side of an information provider.
SOLUTION: A central controller 12 within a KARAOKE (orchestration without lyrics) device 10 calls cumulative frequencies 13b necessitated for communication in the months from a hard disk 13 to judge whether it is over regulated frequencies. Then the controller 12 selects the subhost of long communication time per one frequency from a subhost table 13a and calculates a predictive cumulative frequencies based on a past average communication time. When the cumulative frequencies are not over the regulated frequencies as the result, the controller 12 reads a telephone number for charging to a call originator of a subhost to dial from now from the subhost table 13a and when the cumulative frequencies are over the regulated ones, reads a telephone number for charging to a call incoming person.
