Abstract:

To additionally provide an information terminal with a vibration function to notify the information terminal of the arrival of message by simple options.

An arrival-of-message notification device 205 is removably provided in a main body 203 of the information terminal 201, so that light winch is made incident in a sensor section 217 from a light source other than a displaying section 211 may be cut off by means of a cutoff device 223, When a receiving section 207 of the information terminal 201 receives an arrival-of- message signal, an input/output controlling section 243 controls the displaying section 211 to light up. The sensor section 217 responds to the emission of light from the displaying section 211, and then a transmitting section 211 sends a remote notification signal. When a receiving section 237 receives the remote notification signal, a vibration controlling section 251 instructs a vibration section 233 to generate vibration.
