PURPOSE: To secure the easy data transfer between the miniature computer and the input/output device via the simple constitution and with use of the interface for the microcomputer.
CONSTITUTION: The data transfer is carried out between CPU100 and auxiliary memory unit 300 featuring the different input/output control system from that of CPU100 through a data process system. In such process system, information transfer control unit 200 is installed between CPU100 and unit 300. Then the following units are provided to unit 200: clock signal oscillator part 3; circuit 5 to inform CPU100 that the control signal transmitted from CPU100 is received at unit 300; circuit 6 to receive the control signal transmitted from CPU100; and 2-way buffer 7 provided between CPU100 and unit 200. Furthermore, track and sector address circuits 13 and 14 are added to control the transfer of the track and sector addresses, along with command circuit 15 to control the command of unit 300 plus control circuit 16 to control the reception of the data sent from unit 300.
