PURPOSE: To use the same transfer means to transfer more information, by providing a means which uses already provided cables and carrier waves to transmit and receive not only information due to the audible sound but also information due to the nonaudible sound simultaneously.

CONSTITUTION: A means is provided which uses the same transfer means such as cables and carrier waves to transmit and receive not only the audible sound or the like but also a pulse signal due to the nonaudible sound simultaneously. For example, in the transmission side, a decoder 2 is used to convert information 1 to the ultrasonic pulse signal of a frequency band, and another decoder 2' is used to convert information 1' to the ultrasonic pulse signal of another frequency band, and they are mixed with an audible sound 3 by a mixer 4 and are transmitted by a cable or the like. In the receiving side, the transferred signal is separated by a filter 5 to obtain an audible sound 3', and the ultrasonic pulse signal is decoded by decoders 6 and 6' to obtain information 1" and 1'".
