To specify a facility by sending the information with addition of both facility and version codes, comparing the version of the version code, included in the received information with the version stored in a storage means, and displaying the result of comparison.

A facility code addition means 50 adds a facility code to the sending information to perform the display control of the facility position, related to the sending information to be sent. A version code addition means 51 adds a version code to the sending information, to designate the version of a storage means 57 contained in a receiving device 2 and storing the detailed information on the facility. The device 2 contains the means 57 which stores the detailed information on a specific facility and its version and compares this version with the version code, included in the received information, to display the detailed information by a display means 56 when the matching is confirmed between the version and the version code. If no matching is confirmed, this result is displayed. Thus, a facility can be specified, as well as the version of the detailed information can be easily detected.
