In a transmission system adopting a data carousel system, the eigen values of the whole data packets in a data module of the same data component are calculated. Packet address information, composed of the number of the data module, the number of a data section, and the eigen values arranged in order of the data packets, is internally added to the data component as the data module for address information, so as to be transmitted. At a reception side, the sections are collected based on the packet address information.
