PURPOSE: To reduce the communication time and to improve the operability by compressing routine information set freely into code information and sending a signal including the compressed code signal.

CONSTITUTION: A routine information generating function program 13a of a communication software 13 prepares routine sentence list from sentences used frequently by the/user as a routine sentence group. A routine information registration function program 13b stores the routine sentence list and a routine information call function program 13c calls the stored routine sentence used for the transmission. A routine information compression function program 13d compresses the set routine information into code information. A compression information transmission function program 13e sends the signal including the compressed code information to a station from a data MODEM 12. By this constitution, the user itself freely generates and registers the routine information to send a code, resulting that the communication time is reduced and the operability is improved.
