Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmitter-receiver that acquires state information from an opposite apparatus even on the occurrence of a fault in a transmission line through which a signal integrating the state information of the transmission line is received from the opposed apparatus.
SOLUTION: It is required to transmit state information such as a fault caused in the transmission line through which a second apparatus 102 being the information transmitter-receiver transmits a signal to a first apparatus 101 being the information transmitter-receiver between the apparatuses. Then a transmission line 104 used to transmit the signal integrated with the state information of the transmission line used to transmit the signal from the second apparatus 102 to the first apparatus 101 and a supervisory path 106 to transmit the state information are placed in a direction of the second apparatus 102 from the first apparatus 101. Thus, even on the occurrence of a fault in the transmission line 104, the second apparatus 102 can acquire the state information sent by the supervisory path 106 and the second apparatus 102 can implement processing corresponding to the state information.
