Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify a device and to improve the easiness of a reception-side user for use by multiplexing and sending plural video signals, audio signals, etc., through a single signal transmitting means, and selecting a desired video signal and a desired audio signal on a reception side by a selecting device which has a single input part. CONSTITUTION:The selecting device has only one input part. The selecting device consists of, for example, slide switches 22 and 23, which are controlled associatively and operated by a single operation knob 36. Plural video signals and audio signals are multiplexed by a transmitter 5 and supplied to a reception- side terminal equipment 20 through the signal transmitting means 11, so a desired video signal and a desired audio signal are selected by a selecting device, and viewed and listened to. Further, the selecting device has only one input part, so the user of the reception-side terminal equipment 20 easily make a selection. Consequently, the device is simplified and the easiness of the reception- side user for use is improved.
