Through such processing, a transmission-side connection converter 33 and a reception-side connection converter 63 serve as the function of an abstracted interface, and the specified format of data predetermined in the system is transferred between an information transmitter and an information receiver. Further, as the specified format of data is circulated by the abstracted interface even when the communication system changes between the reception PC 20 and the control PC 50, no modification is required in the transmission-side processor 32 and a reception-side processor 62.
