This system comprises recording parts 3 and 16 storing dialogue information corresponding to each processing obtained by time-serially dividing processing to be executed in transmitting and receiving of information, the dialogue information showing the content of each processing in a personified and simple manner; and a voice output part 4 or 17 reading, in actual execution of each processing, dialogue information corresponding to the processing to be executed from the recording part 3 or 16, and outputting the content of the read dialogue information by voice at the time of executing the processing corresponding to the read dialogue information.
