A non-contact IC card 60 includes a power supply unit 80; a detection part 72 detecting biological information by use of the power generated by the power supply unit 80; a biological information storage part 74 storing user information; a determination part 76 determining whether information detected by the detection part 72 is matched with the user information or not by use of the power generated by the power supply unit 80; a storage part 68 storing information different from the user information; a second power source part 70 supplying power independently from the power supply unit 80; a control part 66 and a transmission part 94 generating, in case that the determination part 76 determines that the biological information detected by the detection part 72 is matched with the user information, a signal modulated so as to be capable of reading information stored in the storage part 68 from the information stored in the storage part 68 by use of the power supplied by the second power supply part 70; and a first antenna part 62 outputting the signal generated by the control part 66 and the transmission part 94 as electromagnetic wave.
