To provide a virtual carrier sense method, and a wireless communication method and a device using the same, in a wireless network communication for supporting various rates.
The method is configured by receiving frames transmitted by a plurality of modulation methods, extracting information for a virtual carrier sense from a portion modulated by a basic modulation method of the frame, setting the virtual carrier sense using this information, and performing the virtual carrier sense.
