Abstract:

To provide a writing device to an information-transmission device that can easily and accurately input position information and surrounding conditions, and to provide a writing method for the information-transmitting device.

An information supply system obtains information related to the installation position of the information-transmitting device, by allowing a pedestrian to receive an ID code that is transmitted from the information- transmitting device. A positioning signal is received from a positioning satellite by an antenna at the installation position of the information-transmitting device, to obtain position information for indicating a position, where the antenna exists bases on the positioning signal. The ID code is received from the information-transmitting device, and the position information and the ID code are made to correspond to each other and are transmitted to a control center.
