Abstract:

To provide a user with useful updated information at an alarm time.

The informing device 100 is connected with an external server via a network. The informing device 100 includes a time setting section 101, a transmitting section 103, a receiving section 104, and a controlling section 105. The time setting section 101 sets an alarm time. The transmitting section 103 transmits demanding information by which a predetermined information is demanded against the external server prior to the alarm time set by the time setting section 101. The receiving section 104 receives transmission of the demanding information from the transmitting section 103 to receive the predetermined information from the external server. The controlling section 105 outputs the predetermined information received by the receiving section 104 at least after the alarm time.
