Abstract:

In this infrared detector A, joining of a power supplying terminal pin 19a and a detection signal outputting terminal pin 19b to a circuit region of a circuit block 3 mounted on a stem 1 is carried out on the upper face of the circuit block 3, to which a pyroelectric element X is mounted, by using a conductive material 21.
