Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain both of reduction of temperature rising time and energy saving, even in a case of applying infrared ray heating to a mass production process of vehicle body components, and further to simplify an infrared furnace structure.SOLUTION: An infrared furnace includes a plurality of infrared ray lamps installed on one surface side of a work, and a reflection surface installed on the other surface side of the work. By locally adjusting infrared ray incident strength on one surface of the work by local output adjustment of the plurality of infrared ray lamps or an object arranged between the plurality of infrared ray lamps and the one surface of the work, a component having flexibility against strength can be obtained in one component.
