Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject coating agent easily coatable on a glass material, capable of screening ultraviolet rays by nearly 100%, also of moderately screening near-infrared rays and of suppressing the screening rate of visible rays to a minimum needed.
CONSTITUTION: This coating agent comprises 4.5-6.5wt.% of an acrylic amide ether system (polymer composition), 45-55wt.% of xylene-toluene-MIBK (solvent), 15-25wt.% of Solvesso 100, 15-25wt.% of 1-aceton-2-ethoxetane, and 1.8-4.2wt.% of a ultraviolet/near-infrared ray-screening agent.
