Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an infrared ray detecting device having the simple circuit constitution and high detecting sensitivity.
CONSTITUTION: An electrode D1 of a pyroelectric element 1 is connected to the input side of a buffer amplifier 2, and an electrode D2 of the pyroelectric element 1 is connected to the output side of the buffer amplifier 2. With this structure, the capacity of the pyroelectric element 1 is apparently reduced, and the quantity of change of the output voltage VOUT which is inversely proportional to the capacity of the pyroelectric element 1, can be increased.
