Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To at least monitor or control an infrared heater with higher accuracy.SOLUTION: In an infrared ray processing device 10, a radiation intensity sensor 60 receives an infrared ray radiated by an infrared heater 30 to detect radiation intensity of the infrared ray. Then a controller 90 monitors and controls the infrared heater 30 on the basis of the detected radiation intensity. The radiation intensity sensor 60 has a filter portion 63 for blocking the infrared ray excluding that of a prescribed wavelength region, among the received infrared ray. The radiation intensity sensor 60 has a throttle portion 62 for limiting an incident direction of the infrared ray capable of reaching a detecting portion 64. A filament 32 has an intensity decrease region where the radiation intensity of the infrared ray to the external of the infrared heater 30 is gradually decreased in accordance with approaching an end portion, and a non-intensity decrease region excluding the intensity decrease region. The radiation intensity sensor 60 detects the radiation intensity of the infrared ray from the non-intensity decrease region of the filament 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
