Abstract:
PURPOSE:To effectively detect both moving body moving information and visual field background temperature information. CONSTITUTION:The output S0 of a pyroelectric type infrared ray detector 5 is frequency-divided by a band pass filter 7 and a low pass filter 8 to obtain moving information S1 and background temperature information S2. A human movement and a background radiating energy can be separated and detected by the same radiating energy detector. This is useful for controlling an air conditioner.
