Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a infrared ray transmission reception system in which no beat interference takes place.

CONSTITUTION: In the system in which a voice signal is sent from a transmission unit (microphone 10) to a relay unit in terms of an infrared ray signal and the relay unit applies the infrared ray signal to the reception unit (headphone 40), a light interrupt means (33d) is provided to one or both of a light receiving means 21 and a light emitting means 33 in the relay unit or the directivity of them is controlled to prevent the input of an infrared ray output from the light emitting means 33 to the light receiving means 21.
