Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information concerning an abnormal condition generated in a traffic-based society infrastructure such as a road, a bridge, a railroad route and so on.SOLUTION: Plural individual monitors, which pick up images of a continuous railroad route which is a structure of a traffic-based society infrastructure and railroad overhead line equipment associated with said railroad route, are located along the railroad route at a predetermined interval. By comparing each of the image picked up by individual monitoring means to a reference image, an abnormality in the railroad route and the railroad overhead line equipment is detected, and according to the detection result, it is notified that an abnormality is detected in the railroad route and the railroad overhead line equipment by use of coloring of revolving lights as a notification means group which is respectively connected to the individual monitoring means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
