The infusion apparatus 1 includes: an apparatus body 5; a lid member 6 provided to be vertically moved relative to the apparatus body 5, and holding a cassette 3 fixing a plurality of tubes 3b, between the upper surface of the apparatus body 5 and the lid member; and fixing units 12 and 13 for fixedly positioning the apparatus body 5 and the lid member 6 while holding the cassette 3 therebetween. The apparatus body 5 has an upper surface provided with a plurality of rotors 4 rotatable about a substantially horizontal axis, the lid member 6 is provided with a plurality of pressing surfaces 11 disposed at positions opposing the rotors 4 and holding intermediate parts of the tubes 3b provided at the cassette 3, between the pressing surfaces and the rotors 4.
