Abstract:
A liquid pumping apparatus comprising a rotor housing(3), a rotor (1) having at least one roller (2), to be rotated by a prime mover (7), an inner periphery wall (10) of the rotor housing (3), a flexible tube (8) to be inserted into a gap (6) formed between the rotor (1) and the inner periphery wall (10) and squeezed when the rotor (1) is rotated so as to transfer a liquid fed into the tube (8), and a deformable guide (9) for guiding the flexible tube (8) in a moving path of the roller (2). At least one portion of the inner periphery wall (10) is movable so as to approach or separate from the rotor (1).
