Abstract:
A delivery device (12) for delivering an infusion medium to a user (1), the device comprising: a first housing portion (20, 500) adapted to be carried by a user; a second housing portion (22, 502) configured to be selectively operatively engaged with and disengaged from the first housing portion; a reservoir (24, 26) supported by one of the first and second housing portions; a drive device (44) and a needle inserting device (25, 103). The invention deals with a magnet arrangement which functions to provide one or more of aligning connectable parts, connection of connectable parts, and sensing the connection of connectable parts.
