Abstract:
To provide a food material slicer by which a sliced food material is made less likely to stick to disk blades and is smoothly discharged, waste of a food material is made less, and that excels in work efficiency.SOLUTION: A food material slicer includes: an input hole for feeding a food material S; disk blade assemblies 2, 3 for sliding the food material S; and a rotary mechanism that makes the disk blade assemblies 2, 3 rotatable in directions different from each other. On the rotary shafts 2a, 3a of the disk blade assemblies 2, 3, a plurality of disk blades 2b, 3b are mounted at predetermined intervals, and blade edge portions are overlapped without being in contact with one another. Blocking plates 2c, 3c are respectively inserted between adjacent disk blades 2b and adjacent disk blades 3b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
