Title:
INHALATION-TYPE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR TREATMENT OF PARKINSON'S DISEASE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015183004
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhalation-type pharmaceutical composition for Parkinson's disease comprising a first gas and an atomized medicine.SOLUTION: The first gas comprises hydrogen. The gas volume concentration of hydrogen in the inhalation-type pharmaceutical composition is between 2 to 96%. The atomized medicine is levodopa, sinemet, atropine sulfate, scopolamine, dopamine agonist, bromocriptine mesylate, selegiline, carbidopa, entacapone, and any combination thereof. The inhalation-type pharmaceutical composition further comprises a second gas which is air, water vapor, inert gas, oxygen or any combination thereof. The inhalation-type pharmaceutical composition can provide a treatment method for Parkinson's disease that combines the convenience of removing harmful radicals in the body of the patient through the use of hydrogen, while also increases the absorption effect of the medicine for the patient by using an atomized medicine, therefore having better curative effects on the user.
