PURPOSE: To enable the setting of a particle size at a fine particle refining stage with a simple construction by mounting a valve body on a nozzle body having fine holes as medicinal fluid nozzles movable forward or backward to adjust a suction of the medicinal fluid.
CONSTITUTION: A nozzle body 15 has fine holes 11a as medicinal fluid nozzle 11 while a valve body 14 is mounted movably forward or backward to adjust a suction of a medicinal fluid M. The valve body 14 has a conical valve part 14b at an end part on the side of the fine holes 11a and a male thread of an intermediate part 14a is screwed down on a female thread part 11c of the nozzle body 15 to be mounted on the nozzle body 15. Then, steam of a steam reservoir chamber 5f passes through a steam guide 7 at a higher pressure to be jetted out of a steam nozzle 8. Here, the medicinal fluid M sucked through a medicinal fluid guide 10 by a Venturi effect and mixed with the steam at the tip of the medicinal liquid nozzle 11 is sprayed from a blowoff port 3a. Then, the diameter of fine particles is adjusted by the operation of a knob.
