Abstract:

To provide inhibitors of protein kinases.

The invention provides a compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. These compounds are inhibitors of protein kinases, (particularly, inhibitor of JAK kinases and CDK mammalian protein kinases). The invention also provides pharmaceutically acceptable compositions comprising the compounds and methods of utilizing those compounds and compositions in the treatment of various protein kinase-mediated disorders. In one embodiment, the present invention relates to a method for treating or alleviating the severity of a veriety of disorders selected from allergic disorders, autoimmune diseases, proliferative disorders, virus diseases and conditions associated with organ transplantation.
