Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce sterilization-filtered casein-contg. foremilk. CONSTITUTION: Foremilk is adjusted to pH 2.5-3.5 and subjected to clarification filtration and sterilization filtration. It is preferable that the foremilk is defatted, acid-treated and adjusted to pH 5.5-8 before the filtration operation.
