PURPOSE: To perform safely the initial setting by performing with sequence control of transferring a feed bar to each machine origin which is by each direction in the order of a clamp, unclamp directions, up and down directions, and advance and return directions.
CONSTITUTION: A transfer device has a feed bar driven a servo actuators which are respectively independent in the directions of clamp and unclamp, up and down and advance and return, and the position of each direction of the feed bar is detected by the inclimental encoder provided to the servo actuator. The initial setting of the position of the directions of clamp and unclamp, up and down and advance and return of the feed bar is performed in the order of the directions of clamp and unclamp, up and down and advance and return in turn.
