To provide an injecting method by means of a needle-less injector by opening a hole on the skin by the injecting pressure of the fluid medicine, capable of preventing the bleeding-out and the wetting of the fluid medicine, being easily realized and used, and improving the cost performance.
A syringe with a plunger capable of being advanced into an injection chamber 12 is used. The fluid medicine 24 is sent through a conical funnel-shaped injection tube extended from the chamber. A gas pocket 22 is mounted to accelerate the fluid medicine through the injection tube, and the momentum is obtained by accelerating the fluid medicine. The impact force is produced by the change of the momentum in collision of the fluid medicine with the skin 26, and its pressure spike opens a hole on the patient's skin when the fluid medicine is discharged from the tube. A constant injection pressure for injecting the fluid medicine to the patient through the hole can be kept by further advancing the plunger into the chamber.
