PURPOSE: To facilitate starting of a diesel engine in a low temperature, and also prevent graphite from discharging at the time of starting in a normal temperature, and also suppress reduction of output.
CONSTITUTION: The bolt 8 of the top end of an interlocking lever 7 which is constituted integratedly with the speed control lever 4 and an all speed governor 2, and a stop lever 6 are made to abut on each other, and they are interlocked to each other. The control lever 4 and an electric motor 11 are connected to each other through a rod 10, and thereby, the electric motor 11 and a fuel regulating dial 12 are connected to each other. At the time of starting in a normal temperature, the fuel regulating dial 12 is set to 1 to 2 notch, and rotated while interlocking to the stop lever 6, and thereby, a fuel injection amount is reduced so as to prevent discharge of graphite. When a temperature is low, the dial 12 is set to 3 notch, the stop lever 6 is set to a maximum infection amount position, and thereby, the fuel injection amount is increased so as to facilitate starting. At the time of normal operation, reduction of output is prevented since the stop lever 6 is previously set to the maximum injection amount position.
