Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a lens of high quality with high shape accuracy.
SOLUTION: In an injection compression molding method for molding a lens by injecting a molten resin into a mold constituting member 45 having a lens molding cavity 3, a runner 49 and a sprue 48 to compress the same and cooling the lens to take out the same as a molded product, closed control is performed in an injection process so that the actual injection speed of the molten resin from the start of injection filling becomes first and second presset speeds in the section up to this side of a gate part and the section from this side of the gate part to a cavity. Further, open control is performed so that the injection speed of the molten resin becomes a third set speed in the section from the cavity to the completion of injection filling. After injection, the lens taking-out temp. of a lens convex surface molding cavity forming member (lower mold insert 12) is controlled so as to become lower than that of a lens concave surface molding cavity forming member (upper mold insert) to take out a lens molded product.
