Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform that a melting vessel of a heated state is reciprocated, thereby a melting process of a large number of plastic pellets input and an injection process of a melting resin are separated, satisfactory time in which resin melting can be performed is secured, and the injection process of the melting resin can be made very short time to be efficient.SOLUTION: An injection device of a molding machine includes: a cylinder 1 in which an outlet member 5 is disposed to a tip injection side, a closing part 6, and a pellet supply port 11a that supplies a plastic pellet p are disposed to a rear side; a melting vessel 2 in which a large number of melting holes 22 that communicate from an inflow side larger opening 22a to an outflow side small opening 22b are formed to a longer direction of a vessel body part 21, and that is made the same diameter with an inner diameter of the cylinder 1; heating means 4 that heats the same; and driving means 3 that reciprocates the melting vessel 2. The injection device of a molding machine includes: a melting process in which the outflow side small opening 22b of the melting vessel 2 is made to confront with the outlet member 5, the melting vessel 2 performs plunger like operation in the cylinder 1, and a return path of the driving means 3 melts the plastic pellet; and an injection process of a melting resin q of an approach path.
