Abstract:
To provide an injection unit capable of delivering a driving force of a plurality of motors suitably to a plunger.SOLUTION: An injection unit 9 that pushes a molding material into a metal mold 101 by advancing a plunger 23 has an injection motor 27, an injection transmission part 29, a rotary booster motor 31, a booster transmission part 33, and a connection 35. The injection transmission part 29 includes a direct-acting component 53 coaxially coupled to a rear end of the plunger 23. By a driving force of the injection motor 27, the direct-acting component 53 is driven axially of the plunger 23. The booster transmission part 33 includes a booster screw shaft 65 through which the direct-acting component 53 is inserted and converts the rotation of the booster motor 31 into a linear motion of the screw shaft 65 axially of the plunger 23. The connection 35 can permit and prohibit delivering of a driving force from the booster screw shaft 65 to the direct-acting component 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
