Abstract:
To provide an injection material for semi-flexible pavements, which exhibits small variation in setting time due to temperature environment and small change in properties over time and has a wide temperature range and long time for efficient injection into gaps of open-graded asphalt paving mixtures.SOLUTION: An injection material for semi-flexible pavements is prepared by mixing cement, a quick-curing admixture, a fine aggregate, tartaric acid, sodium carbonate, alum, and water in a predetermined ratio, wherein: a molar ratio of a content of total SO3 to the content of total Al2O3 is within a range of 1.0 to 1.4; and viscosity immediately after preparation at an ambient temperature of 20°C is within a range of 150 mPa_s or more and 450 mPa_s or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
