Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the moving stability of a spherical valve for preventing the back flow of molten resin and the sufficient resin flow passage area, with the improved strength and support stiffness of a stopper part for supporting the spherical valve when the molten resin is supplied to a cavity.SOLUTION: An injection mold includes a structure 40 for preventing the backflow of molten resin, composed of an accommodation chamber 43 as a part of resin flow passage for communicating the nozzle with the cavity of an injection machine, in which a spherical valve body 42 is accommodated to be movable in the direction of the resin flow passage. The wall surface of the accommodation chamber 43 is provided with three guide protrusions 46 disposed at intervals in the circumferential direction, each of which protrudes inside the accommodation chamber 43 and extends in the resin flow passage direction so as to guide the movement of the valve body 42. A resin outlet 43b located on the side of the cavity of the accommodation chamber 43 is provided with a stopper part 47 which has an approximately I-shape when viewed from the resin flow passage direction and has both ends connected to the circumference of the resin outlet 43b. One of the three guide protrusions 46 and the stopper part 47 are at least partially overlapped when viewed from the resin flow passage direction.
