Abstract:
PURPOSE: To certainly perform the runner releasing operation of a pinpoint gate type injection mold having a runner flying means.
CONSTITUTION: Since a runner releasing means for removing a runner 9 from a stripper plate 2 at the time of mold opening is automatically performed by the injection of compressed air in place of a conventional compression spring, working efficiency is well. The functional deterioration or trouble due to the fatigue of a metal like the conventional spring is eliminated and runner flying operation can be certainly performed.
