Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection-molded body using a crystalline polypropylene resin that has enhanced strength in a weld part.SOLUTION: The injection-molded body is produced by injection-molding a resin composition for injection molding including a crystalline polypropylene resin (A), a low molecular weight propylene polymer having a molecular weight lower than that of the crystalline polypropylene resin (A) and has a weld line. A method for producing an injection-molded body has a first step of blending a filler, a crystalline polypropylene resin (B) and a low molecular weight propylene polymer to produce a master batch composition, a second step of producing a resin composition for injection molding comprising 80-99.9 mass% of the crystalline polypropylene resin (A) and 0.1-20 mass% of the master batch composition, and a third step of performing injection-molding using the resin composition for injection molding to produce an injection-molded body.
