Title:
INJECTION-MOLDED RESIN ROTARY BODY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3892291
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an injection-molded resin rotary body hard to generate a waste material and capable of obtaining the flatness of a side surface and the dimension of an outer diameter with high accuracy.
SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the injection-molded resin rotary body such as an impeller or the like integrally revolved along with a drive shaft by externally fitting a shaft hole having a plurality of recessed parts formed thereto to the drive shaft having a plurality of projected parts locked with the recessed parts formed thereto, a pinpoint gate 26 is connected to the central part of the resin reservoir part 24 opened to the part, corresponding to the peripheral edge of the shaft hole (shaft mold 23), of a cavity 21 in a ring shape and a molten resin is injected in the resin reservoir part 24 from the pinpoint gate 26 and subsequently injected in the cavity 21 from the resin reservoir part 24.
