Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent streak-like parting lines on the peripheral side faces of toe and heel parts of a shoe after forming from occurring, by setting design faces on the bottom mold to mold the whole peripheral side face of the sole and on the side mold to mold the upper rim of the sole respectively.
CONSTITUTION: Firstly in shoe making, a bottom mold 10, a side mold 20 and a last mold 40 hanging an instep 30 in are fitted to form a sole molding cavity 60. Secondly, by injecting a sole molding material Z into the cavity 60 from the bottom side of a design face of the bottom mold 10 through an injection runner 23 of the bottom mold 10 and an injection runner 13 of the side mold 20, a sole is molded integrally with the instep 30 to make an injection molded shoe with a stitched face all around the sole periphery side. Then, since the design face on the bottom mold 10 has a molding part all around the sole periphery and the design face of the side mold 20 and only a molding face of the sole edge, the parting lines are not to occur.
